  入围的市场不仅在市场规模、年度成交额、经营者数量等方面,在所在区域或所在行业有较大规模及影响力;还拥有知识产权保护基本管理制度,能提供人员、经费、信息等方面的资源和支持,市场相关方知识产权保护意识较强。

  国家知识产权局将综合考虑市场影响力、经销商品或主营产业的知识产权类型、侵权行为易发性、各地实际工作基础等方面,遴选确定培育市场名单,批准符合条件的市场开展培育工作,培育期原则上为1年。

  后续,相关市场可申请认定知识产权保护规范化市场,经评审达标、社会公示后无异议的,将被授予“知识产权保护规范化市场”称号,有效期为自授予称号之日起3年。《知识产权保护规范化市场创建示范管理办法》明确,每年将培育、认定一批线上线下知识产权保护规范化市场,符合条件的线下线上商品交易市场主体均可申报。(北京日报)
